Job Summary

A life insurance company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Senior Agent Acquisition Marketing Manager.

Must be able to:

• Oversee all agent acquisition efforts
• Synthesize Learning Across Tools
• Manage third-party ad platforms and ad networks

Qualifications Include:

• 4+ years experience in user acquisition marketing
• Proven track-record scaling B2B marketing, in high growth B2B targeting SMB or high ticket B2C
• Advanced MS Excel and ability to work effectively with business intelligence tools (ex. Tableau)
• Experience running Facebook in-house at scale required. LinkedIn, and SEM experience preferred
• Excellent analysis skills, ability to research and analyze various different types and large amounts of data
