Job Summary

An information technology company is seeking a Remote Senior Amazon Web Service Cloud Engineer.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Create well-designed, documented, and tested software and infrastructure
  • Design and develop solutions for AWS migrations
  • Write infrastructure as code (CloudFormation, Terraform)

Qualifications for this position include:

  • Proficient in networking and security
  • Advanced expertise of common AWS services
  • 1 to 2 industry recognized certifications (AWS, Kubernetes, Chef, Microsoft, etc)
  • Service architecture and advanced container experience in Docker and / or Kubernetes
  • Experience with CI/CD and code management tools (Git, TFS, Jenkins etc)
  • Extensive experience with CloudFormation or Terraform
