Job Summary

A staffing and recruiting company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior Analyst and Case Manager in Nashville.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Identifying high risk patients for case management intervention
  • Evaluating cases for quality of care
  • Serving as a behavioral health professional resource to other Case Managers

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Conduct on-site or in-home evaluations as necessary
  • Bachelor's or Master's Degree in Nursing required
  • Three or more years' experience in behavioral health and case management
  • Active license in a state allowing multi-state privilege to practice
  • Current licensure as a Registered Nurse, Licensed Professional Counselor, Licensed Social Worker, or licensed mental health practitioner
