Job Summary

A provider of an online insurance comparison marketplace is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior Analytics Engineer.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Ensuring data is modeled properly so others can develop dashboards and data solutions to support key initiatives within the organization
  • Having a leadership role in the design and development of the company's master data models
  • Detailing the company's data models and transformations to provide visibility

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • 6+ years of professional (or comparable) analyst experience
  • Experience with SQL and relational databases
  • Experience with SQL, Data Warehouses (such as Snowflake), BI platforms (such as Looker and Tableau) and ETL tools and methodologies
  • Desire to recommend, implement and lead exceptional software engineering processes
  • Technical expertise in crafting and crafting data models with strong attention to detail
  • Ability to consult on project requirements, build technical design documents, then scope development work
