Job Summary
A privately-held technology company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior Android Performance Engineer.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Improving maintainability
- Iterating on best-practices with the rest of the Android teams
- Finding issues and improving code performance
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Experience with the Android Studio Profiler and other tools
- Experience developing highly performant Java code and view layouts
- A familiarity with the Android tool ecosystem for development, testing, and debugging
- An excellent understanding of best practices for concurrency and threading
- Bachelor's in Computer Science, Engineering or a related field, or equivalent training/experience
- You are comfortable with SQL and making sense of data.
