A company that specializes in apartment listings for renters is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior Apartment Listing Recruiter in New York City.
Must be able to:
- Work in tandem with hiring managers to define needs, shape expectations and plan the recruitment process for new roles
- Provide an amazing candidate experience regardless of outcome
- Collaborate with the People team on recruiting strategy and attracting diverse talent using innovative methods
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- 3+ years of full cycle recruiting in a fast-paced, hyper-growth environment
- Knowledge of recruiting tools, applicant tracking systems, data management/reporting techniques and software collaboration tools
- Ability to have strong decision making skills
- High level of empathy with effective, inclusive communication skills
- Proven track record for successfully identifying and hiring exceptional candidates
- Ability to think critically, adapts easily to changing priorities, and thrives in an autonomous work environment
