Job Summary

A business process outsourcing company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Senior Application Development Manager.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Working to deliver upgrades and deploy solutions to support various business operations groups
  • Engaging IT Operations, Security & DevOps stakeholders to understand how we can deliver benefits of enterprise solution
  • Executing liaison tasks between the technical & operation teams during implementation phases for new & existing state clients

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent working experience
  • Experience and understanding of large-scale infrastructure deployments in enterprise-wide environments required
  • Minimum of 10 Years of technical program/project management
  • Minimum 4 years of experience managing call center operations (Genesys, Oracle CRM)
