Job Summary
A cyber protection company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Senior Application Security Engineer.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Drive the technical direction and roadmap for Application security
- Help organization evolve the application security functions
- Review, analyze and follow up with SAST and DAST scan reports to enhance application security testing program capabilities
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Deep understanding of web application architecture, threat modeling, and security design patterns
- Knowledge of how to test code and applications across various platforms (Web, iOS, Mac, Windows, Android, Linux, etc.) for security and quality
- Be well-versed in at least one or more modern programming languages, such as: C/C++, Go, Ruby, Python, etc
- Experience with AWS/Azure/GCP cloud services platform
- Experience protecting Docker/Kubernetes environments
- Effective in managing multiple priorities and projects in a fast-paced cross-functional environment
