Job Summary
An information technology company has an open position for a Remote Senior Application Triage Analyst.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Conduct analysis of various commercial off-the-shelf computer applications and internal applications
- Triage and address incidents, problems, and service requests
- Direct and guide junior members of a project team and give feedback to developers
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- BS degree in CS, IT, or Engineering
- 10 years of experience
- Experience in a user-facing IT operations environment
- Experience with seeing things from a customer-centric perspective
