Job Summary
An engineering solutions company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior ASIC Applications Engineer in Longmont.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Assisting in selecting IPs according to customer application requirements and driving support issues
- Simulating and analyzing clock trees, IO paths, critical paths
- Assisting design teams on IP integration and design reviews and sign off
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Knowledge of VLSI backend design flow and tools
- Experience with circuit-modeling and analysis related to timing, noise, signal integrity
- Knowledge of semiconductor fabrication processes, test, and qualification
- Knowledge of library cells and IPs and related views and design models
- Knowledge of high-speed interfaces and applications such as PCIe, Ethernet, DDR, and HBM
- Knowledge of design and application aspects as related to power, thermal, failure rate, quality, and reliability
