Remote Senior Associate

Job Summary

A nonprofit organization is filling a position for a Remote Senior Associate.

Must be able to:

• Develop project approaches, strategies, workplans, and timelines.
• Conduct, or oversee others who conduct, research on emerging criminal justice policy and practice
• Educate clients on relevant research and emerging policy and practice in criminal justice

Qualifications Include:

• Ability to travel and work flexible hours, including some evenings and weekends
• An advanced degree in criminal justice, public policy, law, or a related field
• Ten years or more experience working in criminal justice
• Superior public speaking skills in both large and small group settings
• Demonstrated ability to interact with diverse groups of individuals
• Strong leadership and collaboration skills
