A marketing company has a current position open for a Remote Senior Associate Project Manager in Miami.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Managing a large project with several tracks of work
- Managing a small program with multiple projects from end-to-end
- Motivating the team and supporting the team to resolve conflict
Position Requirements Include:
- 3-5 years experience
- Manage small-to-medium non-complex projects
- Ability to consolidate the estimates of multiple teams
- Ability to create Agile, Waterfall and Hybrid project plan
- Ability to understand and use at least 2-3 planning tools
- Able to motivate a team to overcome challenge
