Job Summary
An education technology company is seeking a Remote Senior Associate Renewals Operations Specialist.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Preparing and executing on renewal tasks in Salesforce to prepare for customers
- Working with the internal teams to validate opportunities ready for booking
- Providing online systems support to multiple groups within the Customer Success organization
Qualifications for this position include:
- 1-2 years’ prior experience in Renewals, Account Processing, Operations, Technical Support and/or billing
- Proficient in Microsoft Office suite with an intermediate knowledge of Excel
- Strong customer service and conflict resolution skills
- Ability to multi-task and meet strict deadlines
- Salesforce or Prior CRM experience preferred
