Job Summary
A global professional services company has a current position open for a Remote Senior Attorney.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Leading, structuring, negotiating and closing the largest and most complex client transactions
- Overseeing, counseling, guiding, training and supporting junior transactional attorneys
- Educating senior company executives with respect to legal and risk management issues
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Travel required
- JD or LLM – authorized and licensed to practice law
- Minimum of 8 years of transactional experience in digital, consulting, systems integration, and/or outsourcing
- Minimum of 4 years of experience negotiating Intellectual Property and Data Privacy issues
- Strong executive presence
- All other requirements necessary for this position
