Job Summary

A software developer needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Senior Audio Video Engineer.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Working closely with other engineers to implement and architect new AV features
  • Managing and monitoring the production infrastructure to ensure optimal network performance and call quality
  • Helping coordinate new releases

Applicants must meet the following qualifications:

  • Strong familiarity with the internals of the JVM
  • Solid understanding of web-rtc, as well as relevant browser standards and concepts
  • Experience using Javascript, Typescript, React and Redux
  • Solid understanding of RTP, ICE, VOIP, TURN, and RTC networking fundamentals
  • Familiarity with SFU architecture
  • Advanced experience developing for cloud platforms
