Job Summary

An insurance claims services company is in need of a Remote Senior Automobile Specialty Appraisals Operations Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Manage the success of the Specialty Appraisals team
• Recommend new workforce models and strategies
• Use data to articulate current and future planning

Required Skills:

• 8 years of Specialty appraisal or repair experience
• 4 years of management experience
• Proven track record of leading high-performing teams
• Extensive knowledge of insurance principles and how they apply to appraisal decisions
• Working experience in one or more estimating platforms: Mitchell, CCC, Adjustwrite, or Duncan
• Understanding of vehicle repair, parts costs, total loss classification, and fraud detection practices
