Job Summary
An automotive industry retail sales company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Senior Automotive Phone Sales Representative.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Lending car knowledge and experience to help our customers find ‘just the right thing’ for their projects
- Helping and advising auto enthusiasts
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Proficiency with Windows-based desktop computer systems
- Proficiency in the use and navigation of the Internet, Google Search and company site
- Ability to communicate correctly and clearly with both internal and external customers
- Demosntrated excellent customer service skills
- Ability to attend 4-week training program: Mon-Fri Noon-8:30 PM
- Ability to work 2nd shift: Tues-Sat 1:30-10:00 pm EST and a Monday rotation
