Job Summary

A software engineering company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Senior Back End Engineer.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Build scalable services that gracefully integrate with legacy systems
• Build APIs that support both the digital services we deliver as well as third-party usage
• Use unit and integration testing to ensure systems meet business needs

Qualifications Include:

• Experience developing web applications in Node.js, React, Express.js or Ruby
• 4+ years of experience developing consumer-facing web applications, services, and APIs
• Programming in a major open source language
• Understanding of the fundamental technologies of the web
• Proficient spelling, grammar, and communication skills
• Strong node.js experience
