Job Summary
A software company is filling a position for a Remote Senior Back End Python Engineer.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Working with front-end developers to produce API output that works well with modern Angular frontends
- Using modern tools to improve our productivity
- Looking to include innovative new approaches to our process
Position Requirements Include:
- 5+ Django framework / DRF, ideally with REST framework development
- 5+ MySQL and PostgresSQL
- Comfort building new application features as well as maintaining and refactoring existing code
- Sr. level MySQL and PostgresSQL experience, with skills around SQL optimization
- Experience working in a CI/CD environment
- Experience working in a fully remote environment with an agile team
