A retail company is seeking a Remote Senior Backend Engineer.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Designing and implementing core backend infrastructure at scale
- Understanding of the basics of scalability, reliability, availability and security
- Generating awesome technical documentation
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Experience working across teams to understand product requirements
- Proficiency with multiple AWS services - EC2, S3, Lambda, API Gateway, RDS, etc
- Passionate about testing and automation
- Comfortable operating in Unix environments
- Knowledge of distributed systems
- Expert at generating awesome technical documentation
