A software development company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior Backend Engineer.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Managing multiple projects from beginning to end
  • Participating in developing architecture designs, standards, and technologies
  • Developing endpoints and or services

Required Skills:

  • 5+ years of production PHP application experience
  • Deeply familiar with REST API’s and HTTP specifications
  • Advanced proficiency with Laravel or Symfony framework
  • Familiarity with database and enterprise design patterns
  • Extensive experience with testing frameworks (PHPUnit, PHPSpec, Behat)
  • Ability to move between separate projects
