Job Summary
A software development company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior Backend Engineer.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Give and receive thoughtful feedback on feature design, code reviews, and more
- Design, implement, test, and maintain software for our cloud platform
- Help establish tradeoffs between short- and long-term priorities
Position Requirements Include:
- Professional experience with a strongly-typed language (we use Go) or interpreted language
- At least 4 years as a backend software engineer, preferably building cloud-native applications
- Diligent about monitoring your features and services in production
- A track record of using unit and integration testing frameworks to provide high test coverage for your projects
