Job Summary
A technology company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Senior BackEnd Platform Engineer.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Building, designing, and architecting awesome and new capabilities on our iPaas and APIM Platform
- Building and creating a SaaS offering that is reliable, stable, and scalable
- Working with (C++ OR Java), Nginx, Tomcat, Kafka, Elasticsearch, MySQL, Linux, Docker, and Kubernetes
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- 5-10+ years of experience in building large-scale distributed applications
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Strong experience building multi-tenant SaaS applications
- Experience with API and Microservices development and Cloud-based architectures/design patterns
- Strong problem-solving, debugging, and analytical skills with great attention to detail
- Strong Experience in Java and BS/MS degree in Computer Science or a related field
