A provider of sports tracking solutions has an open position for a Remote Senior Backend Platform Software Engineer.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Leading architectural decisions
- Driving changes to our API and SDK to facilitate server/client communication
- Introducing code patterns and tools to improve developer ergonomics
Qualifications for this position include:
- Experience with TypeScript, Node.js, Redis, and PostgreSQL and run in AWS
- Experience scaling a codebase to a large number of users and engineers
- Solid understanding of software engineering fundamentals
- Experience writing scalable, performant server-side code
- Track record of successful projects utilizing Typescript and Node.js
- Experience mentoring engineers
