Job Summary
A leading next-generation cybersecurity company is filling a position for a Remote Senior Backend Software Engineer.
Core Responsibilities of this position include:
- Investigating issues and developing fixes where appropriate
- Working within the engineering team to build out test infrastructure
- Building out tooling to help monitor the production systems to look for issues before they become serious
Qualifications for this position include:
- Mastery of an Object Oriented language, preferably Java
- Ability to write clean, organized and idiomatic code
- TCP/IP, HTTP, HTTPS, WebSocket protocols
- Experience within a team operating large scale systems
- Shell scripting with bash and/or python
- Docker / Kubernetes experience, preferably extensive
