Job Summary

A software development company specializing in customer service and engagement is in need of a Remote Senior Backend Software Engineer.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Design and operate fraud prevention systems that detect fraud activities from millions of signals in near real time
  • Work in a dynamic agile team and use the latest technologies to deliver highly scalable systems
  • Design and refine our data ETL pipelines to empower our analysts to make accurate decisions

Position Requirements Include:

  • 4+ years of software engineering experience
  • Proven understanding of microservice architecture
  • Experience with AWS, Kubernetes and container based technologies
  • Proficiency in distributed architecture using Kafka, SNS/SQS
  • Strong communication skills, including the ability to convey highly technical information in an accessible manner
  • Ability to work independently yet fully integrate with worldwide, remote teams
