Job Summary

A health service company is in need of a Remote Senior Backend Software Engineer.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Lead software architecture discussions and code reviews
  • Build modern, beautiful web applications that shape our members’ experiences
  • Maintain a high level of quality in software through automated testing, profiling, and debugging

Position Requirements Include:

  • 6+ years professional experience as a full-time software engineer.
  • Proven experience with one or more server-side languages such as Go, Python, Ruby, JavaScript and Node.js
  • Experience with databases such as Postgres, MySQL, Redis, and more
  • Experience working with product management and design teams through the full cycle of software development
  • Fundamental understanding of the full stack
  • Operated in an agile environment while leveraging the Scrum framework
