Job Summary

A financial services and insurance agency has an open position for a Remote Senior Bank Business Process Consultant.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Providing consultation services to internal clients in areas of strategic sourcing
• Executing and overseeing the development of business process related solutions
• Collecting and consolidating demand and identifying opportunities

Required Skills:

• Bachelor’s degree OR 4 additional years’ experience beyond the minimum
• 6 years of experience in business process consulting, process design and/or program management
• Experience in implementing and sustaining change/improvements
• Advanced knowledge of bank products and processes
• Experience in applying quality management and process improvement
• Experience applying retail bank subject matter expertise to simplify the customer experience
