A financial services marketplace is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior Bank Secrecy Act Quality Assurance Program Manager.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Overseeing and executing the BSA QA framework
- Managing QA staff to execute BSA QA activities
- Performing oversight functions and working with the monitoring team
Skills and Requirements Include:
- 6+ years of BSA/AML and sanctions experience with a regulated financial institution
- Extensive knowledge of BSA/AML laws and regulations
- Experience as a lead AML investigator in a transaction monitoring and SAR writing capacity or equivalent
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in related field
