Job Summary

A banking and credit lending company has an open position for a Remote Senior Banking and Credit Lending Chapter Engineering Manager.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

  • Provide leadership and mentors architects
  • Communicate implications of design decisions, technology costs, benefits, and implementation requirements to executive leadership
  • Establish & own the overall strategy for the product area represented

Must meet the following requirements for consideration:

  • Bachelor’s Degree in Information Technology or related
  • 4+ years of experience in Engineering People Management
  • Experience in design and implementation of Atlassian tools and customization
  • Solid background in Agile principles
  • Experience developing integrations within Jira
  • Experience with Logging and Monitoring tools (Splunk, New Relic, ETC)
