Job Summary

A business process outsourcing firm has an open position for a Remote Senior Benefits Administration Services Analyst.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

• Reviewing work performed by junior analysts for accuracy and completeness
• Tracking and understanding intermediate system issues
• Evaluating existing processes and enhancing/developing to improve service delivery

Qualifications Include:

• Formal business education and 3-5+ years relevant expertise in benefit administration
• Knowledge of benefit plan design and experience with plan requirements
• Aptitude in keeping abreast of developments in pension regulations from government or legislative sources
• College or university degree
• Ability to manage several small-mid size projects at once or fewer mid-large size projects
