Job Summary
A business solutions company is in need of a Remote Senior Benefits Consultant.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Analyzing and reviewing benefit programs and recommend changes
- Developing reporting metrics and bench marking regarding current plan performance and costs
- Evaluating, recommending, and implementing operational and process improvements
Qualifications for this position include:
- Ability to travel up to 15%
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite applications
- Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university
- Strong business and financial acumen required
- Experience managing plans across the Americas region
- Proven track record of successfully partnering with key stakeholders
- A minimum of ten years of progressive corporate benefits or benefits consulting experience
