Job Summary
A provider of customer engagement services is filling a position for a Remote Senior Benefits Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Manage international benefits team-coaching
- Manage international countries health and welfare benefit plans
- Ensure benefits offerings are cost effective
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bachelor's degree, equivalent experience, and/or HR/Benefits Certification
- Effective leadership, management, and facilitation skills
- 7-8 years combined experience in HR, Employee Benefits
- HR systems experience
- Strong Microsoft Office and benefit systems skills
