Job Summary

A social media company is in need of a Remote Senior Benefits Program Manager.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Managing the 401(k) and RRSP retirement compliance and administration
  • Providing subject matter expertise for the retirement programs
  • Leading cross-functional retirement and health and welfare projects

Position Requirements Include:

  • 8+ years of benefits management experience, including retirement benefits and health and welfare plans
  • Owned the success of benefit programs and 401(k) administration
  • Lead project-based work and managing interdependencies between various partners
  • Proven ability to work in a detailed, fast-paced, dynamic, and entrepreneurial environment
  • Strong customer service focus in delivering benefits administration and communications
  • Expertise in data analysis and exceptional skills in Excel and/or Google Sheets
