An information technology company is filling a position for a Remote Senior Benefits Specialist.
Core Responsibilities Include:
- Managing the annual benefits renewal process and oversees the annual open enrollment process
- Building and maintaining positive partnerships with external vendors
- Acting as primary contact with benefits broker
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Extensive knowledge of employee benefits and applicable laws
- Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources or related field
- Minimum of 10 years of experience in HR and/or benefits administration
- Knowledge of statutory Federal, State, and Local leave
