Job Summary

An information technology company is filling a position for a Remote Senior Benefits Specialist.

Core Responsibilities Include:

  • Managing the annual benefits renewal process and oversees the annual open enrollment process
  • Building and maintaining positive partnerships with external vendors
  • Acting as primary contact with benefits broker

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Extensive knowledge of employee benefits and applicable laws
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Human Resources or related field
  • Minimum of 10 years of experience in HR and/or benefits administration
  • Knowledge of statutory Federal, State, and Local leave
