A healthcare company needs applicants for an opening for a Remote Senior Bilingual Japanese Customer Service Representative in Tampa.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Ensuring quality customer service for internal and external customers
- Responding to incoming customer service requests
- Solving problems systematically, using sound business judgment
Applicants must meet the following qualifications:
- High School Diploma / GED or higher required
- Japanese Bilingual Required
- 4+ years of customer service experience analyzing and solving customer problems
- 2+ years of basic proficiency with Windows PC applications
