Job Summary
A software company has an open position for a Remote Senior Billing Operations Manager.
Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:
- Oversee the billing process
- Manage case queue to ensure team is meeting SLAs
- Support Order to Cash projects
Qualifications for this position include:
- 5+ years of recent, relevant experience with invoicing and billing controls
- 3+ years of experience managing people
- Understanding of accounting
- Significant experience with NetSuite (or similar ERP system) and Salesforce
- Must be comfortable with contacting external clients for dispute resolution
- Excel skills (v-lookups/x-lookups, index match, sum-ifs, pivot table, etc)
