Job Summary
A health services provider has a current position open for a Remote Senior Billing Representative.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Performing all tasks of a Senior Billing Representative or a Senior Customer Service Representative
- Training employees and completing other trainings throughout the year
- Developing recommendations for corrective actions based on production and quality issues
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- High School Diploma / GED (or higher) OR equivalent work experience
- Demonstrated ability using computer and Windows PC applications
- Strong keyboard and navigation skills and ability to learn new computer programs
- Able to facilitate individual and small group meetings
- Able to respond to patient complaints and escalated issues to assure the appropriate action
- Assist in resolving problems relating to all areas of Patient/Third Party billings and missing information
