Remote Senior Billing Specialist

Job Summary

An employee benefits provider is filling a position for a Remote Senior Billing Specialist.

Individual must be able to fulfill the following responsibilities:

• Coordinate information with Client Payroll Deduction Specialists for a seamless transition from implementation to post-implementation maintenance
• Generate out-bound phone calls to internal and external clients for pro-active service

Required Skills:

• High school diploma or GED
• 2-4 years Customer Service experience
• Excellent phone skills
