Job Summary

A global leader is in need of a Remote Senior Project Manager in Minneapolis.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Gathering and coordinating information from business stakeholders and vendors as needed for each contract type
• Performing review of contracts for business accuracy and legal form
• Providing sound contract oversight to assure business agreements are made and approved in accordance with corporate objectives and policies

Qualifications Include:

• Bachelor's Degree
• Minimum of 4 years of broad transaction background in drafting and negotiating complex commercial agreements across multiple areas of business. Must be able to create and negotiate contracts using proposals, business requirements and other relevant data
• Demonstrated track record of positive impact in all positions held
• Ability to negotiate and communicate complex concepts/business issues verbally and in writing to customers, management and suppliers
• Ability to respond effectively and quickly to customers' needs and issues
• Proven ability to develop business relationships
