Job Summary
A dental benefits company is seeking a Remote Senior Broker Growth Marketing Director.
Must be able to:
- Participate in annual planning to set Broker growth targets and strategies
- Create and Execute Broker Audience Strategy
- Provide Sales Support for Marketing Collateral needs
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or Sales
- Previous experience leading a Growth Marketing team
- 7-10 years previous experience in Growth Marketing
- Experience in developing strategic messaging and communication strategies
- Experience with project management, and lifecycle & revenue campaigns
- Ability to model out expected returns, set goals and track/report on outcomes
