Job Summary
An insurance company is in need of a Remote Senior Brokerage Admin Specialist.
Must be able to:
- Assist the Principal Broker in preparing sales contracts and/or listing agreements, as applicable
- Assist the Principal Broker as a closing coordinator by sending communications to needed parties
- Provide assistance to the senior leaders with necessary administrative activities
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Technologically proficient and Real Estate experience
- Superior organizational, written, oral communication and proofreading skills, attention to detail, ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- 1 - 3 years prior work experience
