Job Summary

An information technology company has a current position open for a Remote Senior Business Analyst.

Core Responsibilities Include:

• Translating business requirements to detailed user, functional, and systems requirements
• Supporting the project team to ensure implementation meets specifications
• Facilitating requirement gathering sessions by working with the customer

Qualifications Include:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science or technology related field or equivalent experience
• 5+ years of experience in requirements elicitation, documentation, analysis, and management activities
• Knowledge of one or more Agile methodologies
• Awareness and experience with widely successful Agile techniques
• Experience with ITSM principles and ITIL Best practices
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
