Job Summary
A travel and hospitality company has a current position open for a Remote Senior Business Analyst.
Must be able to:
- Lead and participate in the development of project & support plans and communicate issues
- Identify and implement KPIs, dashboards and executive level presentations that provide insight into the operations performance and trends of the business
- Work with various data sources, utilize data transformation tools to move and transform data
Must meet the following requirements for consideration:
- Bachelor’s degree in related field or equivalent experience in role
- At least 5 years of experience leading business analytics, BI, financial analysis, process analysis at the enterprise level coupling financial and performance metrics
- Strong experience in translating data / analytics into business intelligence and insights
- Familiarity using Power BI or similar analytical / reporting tool
- Strong business acumen in customer support operations and around developing KPIs to improve efficiency and NPS
- Strong experience creating dashboards & executive level analytics for decision making
