Job Summary

A benefits management company has a current position open for a Remote Senior Business Analyst.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

• Defining and documenting new and existing business procedures
• Acting as a Thought Leader, challenging the norm of business operation with the goal of driving hard dollar savings and business advantage for Matrix
• Working closely with other members of staff

Required Skills:

• Bachelors degree
• Knowledge of Insurance industry third party administrator business practices
• Knowledge of Matrix specific claims management platforms and software
• A working and conceptual knowledge of at least one or more of the following disciplines is a plus
• Java, C++, html, XML java script, SQL, relational databases or JSP knowledge
