Job Summary
An information technology and professional services company has an open position for a Remote Senior Business Analyst.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Building consensus, aggregates team objectives and progress and publishes to the scrum/Kanban team and the customer
- Removing impediments through provision of appropriate resources, guidance, and escalation
- Ensuring adherence to Agile practice through agile ceremonies, retrospectives, etc
Skills and Requirements Include:
- Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Communications, Business Management, Computer Science, or a related discipline
- In-depth knowledge of Agile scaling methodologies as well as Scrum, and Kanban
- In-depth knowledge of business functions and extensive understanding of business operations, strategies and objectives
- Strong communication, facilitation, presentation, and consensus building skills
- Experience in analyzing the business and functional impact of change requests (CRs)
- Must be able to work quickly with a high degree of accuracy
