Remote Senior Business Analyst

Job Summary

A staffing firm is in need of a Remote Senior Business Analyst.

Must be able to:

• Develop and manage Dashboards based on identified business needs
• Proactively enhance reporting capabilities and lead build out of automation wherever possible
• Interpret internal and external business issues and recommend solutions

Qualifications Include:

• Bachelor's degree from a four-year College or University required
• 7 years of proven analytical acumen in a professional or academic environment required
• Prior Call center/contact center experience is required
• Comfortable putting together storylines in PowerPoint
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Strong quantitative background and logical decision making
