Job Summary

A healthcare company is searching for a person to fill their position for a Remote Senior Business Analyst and Experience Architect.

Core Responsibilities of this position include:

  • Developing and implements effective/strategic maps and models
  • Maintaining understanding of constituent segmentation/profiles/behaviors
  • Performing multiple complex and/or cross functional conceptual analysis

Skills and Requirements Include:

  • Travel: 25 % of the Time
  • At least 3-5 years of relevant work experience
  • Experience with PC based software programs
  • Experience with UX Design/Human Centered Design Foundations and Best Practices
  • Experience with UX/Customer Research specifically with journey/experience mapping
