Job Summary

A human resources software developer is filling a position for a Remote Senior Business Analyst and Scrum Master in Austin.

Candidates will be responsible for the following:

  • Performing functional and regression testing where requested, to support QA
  • Identifying and coordinating cross-functional dependencies throughout the release cycle.
  • Completing special projects or other duties as assigned

Qualifications Include:

  • At least 5 years working as a Business Analyst in an IT environment
  • Scrum and/or Agile certification is a requirement
  • Experience working within the Scrum/Agile framework and methodologies
  • Experience working in a fully remote team is preferred
  • Experience working with offshore teams is a plus but not required
  • Experience with API’s and technical documentation is a plus but not required
