Job Summary
A human resources software developer has a current position open for a Remote Senior Business Analyst and Scrum Master in Seattle.
Candidates will be responsible for the following:
- Reviewing, analyzing and evaluating business systems, processes, and company needs
- Performing functional and regression testing where requested, to support QA
- Identifying and coordinating cross-functional dependencies throughout the release cycle
Position Requirements Include:
- At least 5 years working as a Business Analyst in an IT environment
- Scrum and/or Agile certification is a requirement
- Experience working within the Scrum/Agile framework and methodologies
- Experience working in a fully remote team is preferred
- Experience working with offshore teams is a plus but not required
- Experience with API’s and technical documentation is a plus but not required
